Legacy Healing is the best IOP in Delray Beach because we treat our patients as whole people who deserve respect and dignity throughout treatment. We value compassion, commitment, and integrity, keeping the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of each of our patients at the forefront of everything we do.
In our IOP Delray program, caring staff will work with you to ensure you receive all the assistance you need as you meet your responsibilities like work and school in a flexible rehab program that can change over time if your needs change.
In an IOP, you live in or outside our rehab facility and attend a minimum of nine hours of programming per week, scheduled to work around your life. This is an excellent option for people who cannot leave home, work, or other life responsibilities for an extended time, and it is beneficial in helping patients transition back into your family and community as a sober person because you will gain coping strategies, support mechanisms and help with relapse management.
IOP in Delray Beach is an excellent outpatient drug rehab option for patients because it is flexible. You have the option of living inside our beautiful, peaceful residential facility or you can remain living at home, and you can schedule your treatments so that you can transition back to work or school. We will help you customize your IOP to best suit your individual needs and lifestyle.
Other Types of Outpatient Drug Rehab Programs
Along with the IOP, at Legacy Healing, we also offer the following programs:
The Partial Hospitalization Program: This is usually the first step before an IOP, in which you live inside our facility for six days/nights per week, receiving a minimum of 25 hours a week of clinical programming like counseling, therapy, and groups, along with scheduled evening programs to support recovery. There are 12-step meetings and relationship building for a sober lifestyle. The PHP is recommended for those with a high risk of relapsing, people without a stable and sober-friendly place to live during rehab, and people who may be dealing with a co-occurring mental health condition and need extra support.
Outpatient Program: The outpatient drug rehab program at Legacy Healing is for any patient who has completed an IOP and for any patient who feels they want long-term, continued support as they fully integrate back into their lives. You can work, go to school, take care of your family and live your life as usual, with the addition of one hour per week of therapeutic care, access to 12-step meetings, and our sober community and outings. Our staff is available 24 hours per day to those in outpatient care if you need somebody to lean on during a tough time. This program can last for as long as you want it to; there is no end date.
