Eric Chaghouri, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in general, forensic, and addiction psychiatry, with extensive experience across clinical, academic, and legal settings. He earned his M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California and completed his residency and forensic psychiatry fellowship at LAC+USC Medical Center. Over the years, Dr. Chaghouri has held leadership roles at numerous premier treatment centers, including Camden Center, Bridges to Recovery, and Arrive Recovery, where he currently serves as Medical Director.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chaghouri has served as a Resident Clinical Instructor and volunteer faculty member at USC, and he remains active in professional societies, including the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law. He also serves as a consultant to multiple branches of the Los Angeles County legal and health systems, including the Superior Courts, Public Defender’s Office, and Department of Mental Health.

Dr. Chaghouri is recognized for his compassionate approach and expertise in treating complex psychiatric conditions, particularly in high-acuity and forensic settings.
